Before scheduling a delivery date, if the engine requires it, our account manager will make sure you have the necessary equipment for unloading.

A few days before delivery, our carrier will contact you to check your availability and arrange a delivery date.

You will benefit from free personalized customer follow-up to keep you informed of the progress of your order by email and telephone.

➔ Our after-sales technician will take charge of your request in order to assess the situation and get back to you quickly with solutions, requiring the engine to be reworked or not.

➔ Generally, the reason for a return is justified by a compatibility problem or no alternative solution.

➔ The engine must be returned in the same condition as when received: Drained, palletized, strapped.

➔ The transporter will contact you a few days before picking up the engine to arrange a time and place to meet.
