Included options

Option 0 deductible

The 0 deductible option means that when you make a claim, you don't have to pay a deductible to benefit from the maximum coverage. You automatically benefit from this option.

Wear option

The wear and tear option covers the normal ageing of parts initially covered by the warranty. If a part has a lifespan of 5 years and breaks down at the end of its life, this is known as normal wear and tear.

Travel option

The displacement option enables a workshop truck to be dispatched directly to the location of your broken-down machine. You will be able to make an appointment for the intervention directly after your claim.

When does the warranty not apply?

➔ Warranty period exceeded

➔ In the event of repair or dismantling without the insurer's prior agreement

➔ Damage resulting from defective parts or assemblies existing at the inception of the contract except after restoration of said parts.

➔ Abnormal use of the motor. In the event of abnormal or abusive use of the motor, i.e. different from the use expected of a similar product.

➔ In the event of negligence and poor maintenance. In the event of negligence, failure to maintain the engine or an accident occurring after subscription.

➔ In the event of a latent defect or failure existing at the time of sale of the motor

➔ In the event of a diagnostic error or poor repair
